2008 Berkshire Hathaway Annual Shareholders Meeting

Hey Weekenders,

This is Bill again. I was down at the Borsheims store on Thursday (April 24) to take some photos for this site and to learn a little more about the upcoming weekend.

A woman named Stephanie showed me around the shop and talked about her role in past and present Berkshire weekends. She works in the marketing department and she really does a lot of planning for the weekend, from caterers to professional bridge players to magicians, she really knows how to juggle.

She will be around all weekend long to help at the event. I got a short interview with her. Maybe I should just let her explain what she does to prepare for the event:
