Hey Weekenders,
The Oracle of Omaha just can’t seem to stay out of the news. I just read two articles on one of our local television stations, Channel 3, here in Omaha.
The first refers to Buffett’s appearance at the Berkshire Weekend and other attractions that shareholders can expect. Buffett Captures Attention
The second story discusses Berkshire’s move to buy (all cash) the Wrigley company (as in the double mint) and move it to candy maker Mars Incorporated. Read just how much this all cash buy is at Warren Buffett Involved in Sweet Deal.
What a cool personality to come from Omaha. Not only is Warren the richest man in the world, but he is a heck of a nice guy and a great symbol for Omaha.
Can’t wait to see him this weekend.

Warren Buffet and Berkshire Hatahway have done a wonderful job of bringing significant revenue to Omaha with the annual meeting. I am glad they hold it every year in Omaha and I welcome the positive press they earn!
