2008 Berkshire Hathaway Annual Shareholders Meeting

Hello Weekenders,

Well the event is finally upon us. It is Friday of Berkshire Weekend and let me say that the store is really jumpin.

Just to give you an idea of how jumpin things really are I wanted share with you some stats.

So far this year we have issued 81,000 credentials. And 750 of those were international. The current stock price is $134,000, last year at this time it was $108,000.

So, in 4 days this Website alone has received 4,000 hits.

When you come in today, be sure to bring your credentials pass. Especially after 6 p.m., because Regency Plaza will be closing down at 6 p.m. From 6-10 Borsheims and the party tent will be open only to shareholders.

If you come around that time you will need to enter through the white picket fence near the big tent that looks like a Borsheims box (see photo above). There you will find the Borsheims attendants, they will probably be wearing black shirts, and they can give you directions, offer advice and make sure that you have your pass.
