MEDIA MEMBERS: Schedule of Events, Credential Info for Borsheims

More than 40,000 Berkshire Hathaway shareholders are expected to gather at Borsheims Fine Jewelry & Gifts in Omaha this weekend as part of their company’s annual meeting festivities. It is expected to be the largest crowd ever for the event, which has been held at Borsheims for the past 21 years.

Friday, April 30

Borsheims Shareholder Only Cocktail Reception – 6pm to 10pm

Look for:

- The largest crowd ever expected at Borsheims – with hundreds of new shareholders coming to Omaha for their first impression of Berkshire Hathaway and Borsheims

- More than 100,000 pieces of jewelry, watches and fine gifts from the world’s top designers at very special shareholder prices

Saturday, May 1

Borsheims Open for Regular Business – 10am to 6pm

Borsheims Direct Express Shuttle from Qwest Center to Borsheims – 11am to 5pm

Sunday, May 2

Borsheims Shareholder Only Shopping Day – 9am to 4pm

Brunch Begins – 9am

World Champion Activities Begin – 1pm

Look for:

- 14-year-old table tennis champion Ariel Hsing taking on Warren Buffett in the middle of Regency Court

- Two-time U.S. Chess Champion Patrick Wolff playing six games of chess simultaneously while blindfolded

- Magician Norman Beck entertaining shareholders

Members of the media are welcome to visit Borsheims during the Berkshire Hathaway Weekend. Check in both Friday evening and Sunday at the event by entering the northeast doors of Regency Court, near Garbo’s Salon, and then obtain Borsheims press credentials at the media table just outside the mall entrance to Borsheims.
