I wanted to put up a quick post regarding your shareholder weekend meeting credentials.
What are the shareholder credentials used for?
Credentials are very important at the Berkshire Hathaway Annual Shareholder’s Weekend. The credentials are your ticket into all the shareholder’s events and your discount card at all Berkshire businesses throughout the weekend, like Borshiems.
How do I get my credentials?
When you, as a shareholder, received your annual report in the middle of March there was a postcard attached to the proxy statement. Fill out this card and return to get your credentials. Each shareholder is allowed up to 4 credentials.
Can I pick up my credentials at the event?
There will also be a Shareholder Services Kiosk in the lobby of the Qwest Center for those of you who have made prior arrangements to pick up your credentials there. Any questions or problems you may have regarding the weekend and/or your meeting credentials can be handled at the kiosk.
Special Note
Proof of ownership and photo ID are required before credentials will be issued. Shareholder ownership and passport identification are mandatory for the issuance of international meeting credentials.
