Things are bright – very bright – in the Borsheims gift gallery. Several new lines in the fine gift department will greet Berkshire Hathaway shareholders this weekend and nearly every line is in bright, beautiful colors.
This hand-painted and wood-burned furniture from Sticks will greet shareholders at the entrance to the gallery. Sticks owners say they create finely crafted and beautifully designed object art, accessories and furniture that can best be described as unique, fun and imaginative.

Consuela (on the right) is another new line at Borsheims. They hand-craft rustic picture frames, boxes and crosses in their workshop in Texas.
Borsheims is always proud to feature merchandise from local artists and this artist is no exception. Anne Nye Art Glass is the brightest thing I’ve seen in a long time! Check out all the brilliant colors – and this is just a small sampling!

But if that’s not enough color, feel free to host your next party with polka-dot serveware and drinkware from Detroit Glass. This product is beautiful and very affordable!

Shardz’ creator, Fay Miller, says her handblown art glass is inspired by the beauty, geometry and harshness of the natural world.

Here’s something not in brilliant color, but in gorgeous bronze. Manuel Ferreiro creates each individual bronze art object with a story in his mind. He includes the story and meaning behind the piece in a card that accompanies the art. Come check out the story behind these spectacles at Borsheims!

The Royal Couple may be receiving some gifts from Mary Rose Young pottery as wedding gifts this weekend. The company out of Great Britian crafts a unique range of ceramics in unique color combinations. What do you think… is this Princess Kate’s style?

And I don’t know who wouldn’t love this style. These are called glassscapes and I think they are the coolest new line I’ve seen this year. Stone Ridge Glass makes these interactive and moveable sculptures, and they even light up! They have some abstract and some representational. Both are available at Borsheims.
